  • Our fares system is transparent. Regardless of traffic or weather conditions, our fares will always be as listed below

    Base fare: $3
    0600hrs – 0959hrs: $1.20/km
    1000hrs – 1659hrs: $1/km
    1700hrs – 2359hrs: $1.20/km
    0000hrs – 0559hrs: $1.30/km
    *Prices are subjective to the types of services

  • The fare does not include ERP charges. Drivers will manually input the amount at the end of the trip.

  • Cancellation fee will range from $1 to $3 based on the distance. If you cancel, the cancellation fee incurred will go to the driver and vice versa. So please confirm your destination before booking to avoid any cancellation fee!

    Can I make multiple-stop booking?
    We are currently working on making this function available on our application.
    Can I change destination after pick-up?
    For the beta launch version, you are unable to change the destination after a pick-up.

  • Currently, we accept cash, credit card and paypal. We are working on accepting other forms of payment, please check our Facebook/Instagram regularly for updates!

  • We are mindful of the fact that some people may be allergic to animal fur, so after much consideration, please make sure to indicate a special remark that you will be bringing a pet* along.
    *All pets must be kept in a bag or cage.

  • If you are bringing along a child below 1.35m, kindly book 123Taxi to avoid extra charges. For 123Car, an additional $2 charge will be incurred per child seat required. Please indicate in the remarks.
